Rusty Gate Design and Print do not disclose buyers information to third parties, unless it is necessary to complete the fufillment of the order or for purpose of Usage Data to to improve and analyse our services which is collected automatically when using the service.

We may occasionally email specific clients who we think may benefit from specific products (mainly business), but you can easily remove yourself if you prefer not to be notified.

Conditions of Use

Purchasing Stock Designs

Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our products and click on the "Add to Cart" button. From there you can either "Continue Shopping", "Checkout" or "Update" your selection. When you check out you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

All prices on our site include GST and are in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are shopping from outside Australia it is important to keep this in mind. For currency conversions you can use XE.com as a guide. This is a guide only as currency conversion will be done by your card company and may have a conversion fee.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Upon "Checkout" the amount due will be taken from your Credit/Debit Card or Paypal account. If you do not wish to pay online, please feel free to phone htorugh your order, we are happy to assist.

For Australian residents, we can accept COD, bank transfer and cheque/money order, though this is for phone orders only. In these cases no items are sent until full payment has been received.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Purchasing Custom Designs

Please contact us and we will discuss what is needed to begin your custom tyre cover design.

Ordering Details

All our wheel covers are made once the order has been placed. This is ensures our covers are a perfect fit for your specific tyre. The order processing is as follows:

  1. Order placed
  2. Order details are confirmed and payment is taken, with invoice emailed to you
  3. Cover is printed or sized according to tyre code/size given
  4. Cover is manufactured
  5. Cover is sent and purchaser notified

Manufacture times are completely dependant on machinery and processes involved to manufacture the wheel covers. Generally our covers are manufactured within 5-10 working days. We do not guarantee this time frame. However if, due to machinery breakdown or other factors, it does take longer we will notify you immediately. Please see our shipping page for more information.

Tax Charges

For orders in Australia GST is charged at 10%. This is included in all pricing on our site. For international customers this is removed when we confirm your order.

Credit Card Security

  • Orders are placed over a secure SSL connection on our web site.
  • Credit Card details are encypted.
  • For online orders, credit card and payment details are never held by us or our servers. These details are handled by reputable payment processors being Stripe or Paypal. This ensures a high level of security for your payment.

Wheel Cover Usage

Our covers are designed to suit most standard tyre mounts and may in some cases not be suitable for use on certain tyre mounts. Please read our cover descriptions, view our gallery and discuss with us first any concerns before ordering. We are happy to answer questions on our covers and the design makeup of them, along with possible limitations.

We try to accurately describe our covers and manufacture them according to our description, but if further details are required please contact us before ordering. Our covers are made to our specifications and we cannot customise this to suit alternate tyre mounts or situations. The covers are also manufactured according to details and tyre codes supplied by the purchaser.

We are also happy to discuss with you any problems that may arise, and if possible work out an alternative solution.
